Welcome to Kipepeo. By creating an account or using our app and website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Kipepeo and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract.

2. User Conduct & Content

Kipepeo is a safe space for finding connections. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any user content that is:

  • Hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit, or pornographic.
  • Intended to harass, bully, or defraud other users.
  • Promoting illegal activities or spammy solicitations.

We reserve the right to review, remove, and permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Virtual Gifts & Currency

Kipepeo offers digital currency ("Coins") that can be purchased and used to send Virtual Gifts in chats. Coins and Virtual Gifts possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable.

Exclusive Business Offers: Kipepeo may periodically partner with local businesses (e.g., shopping, food, services, etc.). Users who interact with these businesses through the Kipepeo platform may be awarded promotional Coins, or may be allowed to redeem their accumulated Coins for exclusive discounts and offers at these partnering establishments. These promotional offers are governed by the specific terms of the partner business and are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kipepeo makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, totally secure, or error-free. You use the service and interact with other users at your own risk.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, if you violate these Terms.
